রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

অটোমাস টেকনোলজিস-এ আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দিই। আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণের পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিটি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. সেবা বাতিল নীতি

• সেবা গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে বাতিলের আবেদন করা যাবে।
• হোস্টিং, ভিপিএস বা ডেডিকেটেড সার্ভার সেবা একবার সক্রিয় হলে তা বাতিলযোগ্য নয়।
• বাতিলের আবেদন support@automas.com.bd তে ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে।

২. রিফান্ড নীতি

• সেবা সক্রিয় হওয়ার আগে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• সেবা আংশিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা হলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি অফেরতযোগ্য।
• SMS সেবার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত ক্রেডিট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণে সাধারণত ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে।

৩. ব্যতিক্রম ও বিশেষ শর্ত

• প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে সেবা প্রদান সম্ভব না হলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
• গ্রাহকের নিজস্ব ভুলের কারণে সৃষ্ট সমস্যায় রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে অটোমাস টেকনোলজিসের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

At Automas Technologies, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of service purchase.
• Hosting, VPS, or Dedicated Server services cannot be cancelled once activated.
• All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@automas.com.bd.

2. Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the service has not yet been activated.
• No refund will be provided for partially used services.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
• Used SMS credits are non-refundable.

Refund processing typically takes 7-14 business days.

3. Exceptions & Special Conditions

• A full refund will be issued if we are unable to deliver the service due to a technical fault on our end.
• No refund will be provided for issues caused by the client's own actions or errors.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Automas Technologies shall be considered final.
